Guest Guide
Welcome to the Wellness Founders Podcast!
Please read this page (2-min read) to prepare for your episode to make it the most valuable stage for you to share your insights.
About The Show
The Wellness Founders Podcast explores the BUSINESS of WELLNESS. We focus on the intersection of wellness, entrepreneurship, innovation, and community-building by diving deep into the stories and strategies behind the people creating the future of well-being.
Each episode features a founder or leader in wellness focused hospitality, events/communities, product, digital, or tech, sharing not just their “how” but their “why,” and the movements they’re building.
The tone is relaxed. It’s a casual conversation about:
Your journey into the wellness industry (personal stories, background, mission)
How you knew it could become a viable business and the unexpected steps during the different phases of the business
The behind-the-scenes business and marketing strategies you’ve used, what’s on the horizon, and what goals you have for the business
Your challenges, wins, and lessons learned: the more brutally honest, the better
The movement you want to see in the world in regards to wellness and innovation in this industry, plus any predictions you have for the future

About Your Host
I’m Jordan Carroll, creator of Wellness Founders.
We help wellness founders and executives grow their reach, impact, and revenue for their wellness businesses.
Wellness is at the core of my life and work, from community building and content creation to real estate projects, to live wellness events, my personal mission is to help people and brands that make the world healthier, happier, and more connected.
A brief background of my experience in wellness:
I quit alcohol in 2018 after many years of abuse, a turning point in my own personal well-being.
I lost and kept off 40+ lbs, quit smoking after 5+ years, and competed in Spartan races, Tough Mudders, and international marathons.
I’ve facilitated and been part of 5+ different men’s groups around the world that led me to understand the importance of support systems and men’s mental health.
I’m an avid yogi, meditator, and tantra practitioner.
In 2019 I sat with ayahuasca for the first time in the Peruvian jungle. I’m a huge advocate for plant medicine as a healing modality, and have sat in various plant medicine ceremonies, including one with my father in 2022.
In 2023 I became a certified breathwork instructor in Mexico and have led dozens of practices around the world.
I started a “high-performance” co-living project in Medellin, Colombia that I live in personally that is focused on bio-hacking and an intentional living environment that’s conducive to high-performance.
I’m a partner of The Medellin Wellness Group, a collective of social fitness and wellness communities: The Medellin Run Club, Sweat & Chill, and 11am Social Parties. We focus on alcohol-free events that have a following of 30k+ online through our profiles and Newsletters and host hundreds of people per week at our events. We partner with dozens of wellness brands, facilities, and products to expand their reach and impact.
I’m incredibly passionate about this movement. It was obvious to me that starting a podcast on this subject would be the best way to have more conversations in this space every single day to learn from others who are building the future of wellness.
